- Conducts training programs for all skill levels, including basic sales skills, as well as advanced Sales techniques, Point of Sales & Captive call-center environment
- Provides on-the-job hand-holding to help the sales executives overcome objections, and teach Consultative selling techniques.
- Should identify training needs and implement centrally/regionally driven comprehensive training programs and R&R initiatives for the sales staff.
- Must own and drive performance culture, also, provide regular performance feedback and the red flag the low performers.
- Must be available as a resource for various sales team members, who may need help with additional training for various projects.
- Should adhere to planned training calendar and maintain monthly dashboards & daily reports
