- Capable in handling outbound & Inbound calls and explain about the project
- Should have interest to work in real estate industry.
- Servicing existing and New Clients
- Contacting clients by email & phone
- Doing cold calling and generating leads
- Deliver pitches to existing clients as well as potential clients
- Scheduling meetings with clients
- Expertise in Promoting the products
- Good at Customer follow-up
- Should keep the record of Feedback – mails/phones ( communication channel)
- Owning a laptop is mandatory.
