Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling the Team of 15 to 20 Loan Managers / Loan Executives.
- Solving the Ground level issue by contacting Respective Stakeholders.
- Convincing Skill & Objection Handling
- Risk Assessment and Driving Matrices
Skills Required:
- Team Handling Skill.
- problem-Solving techniques, Objection Handling skills
- Smart in Risk Assessment and take the immediate call accordingly to avoid the loss to the company
- Should be keen enough to solve the issue of customer escalation and Employees issue on ground
- Should be having basic Soft skills to analyze the actual issues of not meeting the Targets Persona
- Graduate with 3-5 years of prior experience in the NBFC business.
- Graduate with 1-2 years of prior experience in Team handling
- Preferably between 24-29 years of age
- Excellent Communication Skills in the local language(basic English), Basic Knowledge of the system
