To help navigate our future growth, we require a Recruitment Trainer, the incumbent will be a Coach/Mentor and a subject matter expert for the entire recruitment team.
Roles and Responsibilities
The objective of the role is to enhance the skills and working capability of an existing team, we have 100+ recruiters.
Develop the training manuals and deliver the training.
Providing useful tips and techniques for vastly improved candidate attraction and referral, including social media, writing betters job adverts, email templates, client writeups, and building better relationships with the prospective candidate
Ideate and create relevant material for marketing and our businesses to potential candidates
Build, mentor, and lead a team of recruitment specialists and increase recruitment efficiencies
Define and implement sourcing, pitching, and recruitment processes.
Relevant postgraduate degree (MBA/Masters in an HR discipline, or Masters in English or Literature with exceptional communication skills – written and spoken.
Considerable experience with myriad sourcing strategies including portals, ads, consultants, social networking, conferences, headhunting, etc.
Demonstrable creativity concerning sourcing candidates, marketing the brand, etc.
Experience in sourcing, pitching, and recruiting for junior, mid-management and senior management positions
Well-versed with technology and associated jargon. Ability to discuss technology to a limited extent as required by the profile.
Ability to grasp and deliver an excellent pitch to potential candidates
Experience with using new age media such as social networks, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram, etc
