1. Designing and implementing strategic sales plan to achieve the assigned targets for BL/ SBL products.
2. Conduct regular meetings to set up sales objectives and streamline processes to ensure the smooth functioning of sales operations.
3. Building & Managing relationships with business associates, channel partners & customers
4. Ensuring process & documentation compliance, FI, agreement execution & credit approval
5. Hiring, training & development sales to achieve targeted numbers
