Roles and Responsibilities
1) Reporting to Office
2) Screening and Understanding the Job Description and the Company Profile
3) Screening the Candidates CV and do the match making as per the Job Description and the Requirements provided by the Company.
4) Calling the relevant Candidates and judge their interest for the Job and in the Company and Shortlist the best one.
5) Submit the shortlisted profiles, align their Interviews with the HR of the Company.
6) Build your Pipeline of selections and keep a track on them till the Joining.
Desired Candidate Profile
Freshers and Experienced both are Welcome
Candidate must have Good Communication Skills
Graduation in any stream is must. (Preference will be given to the B.Tech & B.Sc pass out candidates)
