Key Responsibilities

  • Looking for a dynamic salesperson with good communication and convincing skills.
  • Maximize sales performance to achieve given revenue targets, maintaining coa, wirr and TPP/cross-sell penetration as per the business requirement.
  • Maintain low bounce rate and delinquency by good customer sourcing.
  • Thorough knowledge of products and the market for driving the business and avoiding miss-selling and proper adherence with the policy of the company.
  • Device strategies to acquire new customers by finding potential market segmentation in the respective area.
  • Achieve “best in class” productivity in order to maximize the efficacy of the sales process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all customer instructions/files as per applicable processes/ circulars.
  • Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile and the target segment (right sourcing).
