We are looking for an active, energetic Client Support Executive, Who is responsible for Customers \’s help with all tech challenges faced while using the Product and services provided.
Educating Customers to ensure comfort in the usage of Products.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- The candidate should have excellent written communication skills along with reading skills.
- Should be active, energetic, and enough smart to understand the customer\’s queries.
- Sharp understanding and memory of how software/products work
- Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Focus approach to resolve Tech challenges faced by the Customer by Understanding & responding to Customer queries/issues over chat.
- Will be responsible for the initial chat for sales closure.
- Set up necessary configurations for customers if needed.
- Analyze and identify process changes or product enhancements required & suggest if any.
