Job Description

  • Designation: Chief Managing Partner (BFSI Team leader)
  • Grade: Assistant Branch/Regional Manager
  • Associate Partner Channel (APC)

  • Reporting to: Location Head
  • Job Responsibilities:
                                             1. Recruitment of salaried Associate Partners
    2. Organize and run recruitment events for AP’s
    3. Is an expert in the recruitment processes and is able to identify the                                                        prospective LA and AP’s
    4.Planning and Goal Setting
    5. Conducts review discussions/ wake-up meetings as and when required
    6. Plan goals & performance needs for AP’s in a periodic manner
    7. Is expected to be an expert in the sales process, and conduct                                                     mechanisms to build same with his team- through periodic on floor coaching.
    8. Own the operational aspects of coding of a new AP and other day to                                                       day interactions with support function
    9.  Development and Coaching of partners
    10. Can successfully run “ Train -Audit- Retrain” cycle on skills of AP’s
  • Requirements: Minimum Graduate with team handling experience

  • Age: 25 to 40 years
  • Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
  • Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹650,000.00 per year
  • Schedule: Day shift
  • Supplemental Pay: Commission pay

  • Experience: Insurance sales: 3 years (Preferred)
    Team handling: 2 years (Preferred)
